What does TULAA actually do?

Are you a travel agent?
No. We’re not a travel agent. We provide a concierge service—you pay us for retreat planning. All other bookings (e.g. flights, hotels) are paid directly to the suppliers.
Where are you based?
TULAA is registered in the UK and operates remotely, with a trusted team based in the Philippines for local coordination.
BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
Do you book everything for me?
That depends on your tier:
Essential: You handle bookings with our guidance.
Elevate: We support vendor bookings and planning.
Exclusive: We manage all logistics and bookings for you.
How do I pay for the retreat?
You pay our concierge fee directly to TULAA. All other vendor fees (flights, accommodation, etc.) are paid separately to the providers, with invoices coordinated by us.
Can I get an all-inclusive price?
We don’t bundle vendor costs. You’ll receive a custom quote with itemised estimates. All supplier payments go directly to them.
Are concierge fees refundable?
TULAA fees are non-refundable once planning begins. However, we work with vendors that offer reasonable refund and cancellation terms, which are outlined in your proposal.

Where can I travel with TULAA?
We specialize in retreats across the Philippines, including Tagaytay, Palawan, Bohol, Cebu, Boracay, and Siargao.
When’s the best time to visit?
Dry season is October–May, but rainy season can offer peaceful, great-value trips. We’ll guide you based on your goals and timing.

What types of retreats do you support?
Solo retreats, couples’ getaways, small group trips, co-hosted experiences, hosted TULAA retreats, and corporate/team-building wellness trips.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes! All retreats are personalised for all levels—from yoga first-timers to seasoned practitioners.
Can I bring my own teacher or host?
Absolutely. You can bring your own facilitator or let us connect you with a trusted wellness guide.

HOSTING & PARTNERSHIPS
How do I host a retreat with TULAA?
Apply via our Work With Us page to co-host a retreat or lead your own event while we handle logistics.
What’s the difference between co-hosted and TULAA-led retreats?
Co-hosted: You lead the retreat. We handle planning.
TULAA-led: We manage the retreat end-to-end, with a dedicated facilitator.
Do you work with venues and vendors?
Yes! We’re actively partnering with trusted resorts, wellness venues, and flight agents. Reach out through our Partner With Us page.
VENDOR PAYMENTS
Who do I pay?
You pay the TULAA concierge fee directly. All other vendors send their invoices to you—we simply liaise and organise everything behind the scenes.
Do vendors contact me?
No. TULAA manages all communication. You won’t have to coordinate directly with any suppliers unless you prefer to.
