1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the TULAA Travel Concierge Services Limited website, services, digital products, and communications. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

TULAA provides a remote concierge and planning service for wellness retreats, specialising in UK-to-Philippines bookings. We do not sell travel packages or operate as a licensed travel agent. Instead, we assist with research, vendor liaison, and itinerary design. Supplier payments are made directly by the client.

2. SERVICES & SCOPE

We offer three tiers of concierge services: Essential, Elevate, and Exclusive, as outlined on our website.

  • All fees are per retreat (based on group size and complexity), not per person.

  • Add-on services may include host liaison, itinerary building, and local vendor coordination.

  • Corporate and hosted retreat pricing is quoted separately.

TULAA does not handle funds or collect payments on behalf of vendors. We do not mark up supplier rates or include them in your concierge fee.

3. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

3.1 Concierge Fees

Your concierge fee is due before a quote or proposal is created. It is non-refundable once planning begins.

3.2 Vendor Payments

Vendor invoices (e.g. flights, accommodation, airport transfers) will be sent directly to you. We facilitate introductions and coordinate timelines, but you remain responsible for paying vendors directly.

4. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

TULAA’s fees are service-based and non-refundable.
Refunds from vendors are governed by their individual terms, which we will disclose during the quote process. TULAA is not liable for vendor cancellations or force majeure (e.g. weather, political events, pandemics).

We recommend all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation and medical cover.

5. SUPPLY OF SERVICES

TULAA acts solely as a planning and liaison partner. We do not provide transportation, accommodation, or facilitation ourselves unless otherwise stated in TULAA-led retreats.

All retreat activities are hosted by third-party providers. TULAA will coordinate these based on your preferences and requests.

6. VENDOR & HOST RELATIONS

Vendors and facilitators are selected based on experience, location, and suitability. All must agree to TULAA’s Supplier Code of Conduct (see below).

We do not accept referral payments or commissions unless disclosed. Vendor recommendations are based on quality, trust, and alignment with your retreat goals.

7. LIABILITY

TULAA is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or disruption arising from services provided by third-party vendors.
We do our best to recommend only trusted and vetted partners. Clients participate in activities at their own discretion and risk.
